Temple edges NJIT 68-63
PHILADELPHIA — Obi Enechionyia scored 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Temple edged NJIT 68-63 on Saturday.
Enechionyia was 5 of 11 from the field for the Owls (8-4). Daniel Dingle added 11 points including three 3-pointers and Shizz Alston Jr. had 10 points including a layup that put Temple up for good with under a minute to play.
NJIT took a 41-37 lead on a Damon Lynn 3-pointer early in the second period after trailing Temple 31-30 at the break.
