Bolivia’s Ruling Party Backs Morales for Fourth Term Despite Referendum Results

Bolivia's ruling Movement for Socialism (MAS) party will back President Evo Morales for a fourth term in 2019, despite a February referendum that showed the country did not want to alter the constitution to allow him to run again.
