Savjibhai Dholakia, a diamond baron, had stunned the corporate world by gifting hundreds of cars, flats and jewellery to his employees as Diwali bonus. Dholakia is facing legal action by Employee Provident Fund Organisation, Surat branch for provident fund evasion upto Rs 16.66 crore.
