‘Mother of all bombs’ is a runt compared to the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator

The GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator was built to burrow into the ground and then explode. A B-2, which can carry up to 160 smaller bombs, can carry just two on a flight. Special cranes are needed to load the behemoths.
