Несколько жильцов 5 многоквартирных домов по пр. Красноярский рабочий и ул. Кольцевой огородили для себя индивидуальные парковочные места. При этом они самовольно распорядились придомовой территорией, которая является совместной собственностью всех жителей этих домов.
