Bryan Brothers Judge a Karaoke Contest
Esurance, the official car insurance sponsor of the US Open, hosted a karaoke contest at the Electric Room (in Dream New York Hotel) for a few guests, who had a chance to win 2 U.S. Open tickets and a $1,000 donation in their names to USTA Serves, the national charitable foundation of the USTA.
In the end, one of them had to win (spoiler: it was NOT that rendition of "I Will Survive" by the ladies); Bob and Mike Bryan, along with Murphy Jensen, where on land to judge the performances.
The Olympic medalists (and now 2012 U.S. Open doubles titleists) also helped Esurance raise $50,000 for USTA Serves in a charitable Facebook campaign that runs through the end of the tournament.
