About the summary of Women’s safety in India
For years, women’s safety awareness has been a serious issue in India due to the increasing number of cases of harassment and assault. As a result, women have become more cautious about their safety in the city. To address this issue, the Delhi government and various NGOs have taken several initiatives, including setting up helplines, conducting self-defense classes, and installing CCTV cameras in public places. In support of this cause and to spread awareness among the youth, Royal Enfield collaborated with the NCW and brought together its riding community of women riders. The initiative aimed to encourage and empower other women through the ride and create a sense of solidarity among them.
