Tiger Shroff ahead of Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal on highest grossing films list of actors under 40
Bollywood actress Malaika Arora's home in Bandra West, nestled in the serene locale of Pali Hill, has found a new tenant in the form of the talented costume designer, Kashish Hans. The lease agreement, inked for a period of three years, sees Hans paying a monthly rent of 1.57 lakh. However, this isn't a flat rate. The agreement includes a clause for a 5% annual escalation. This means that the rent for the first year is 1.5 lakh per month, which increases to 1.57 lakh in the second year, and further escalates to 1.65 lakh in the third year.

Malaika Arora rents out her Bandra apartment
This transaction, registered on April 29, 2024, also involved a security deposit of 4.5 lakh paid by the tenant, as per the documents accessed by Zapkey. Interestingly, this isn't the first time Malaika has rented out her Bandra apartment. Previously, Jeffrey Goldenberg, the owner of The Jeff Goldenberg Studio, was the tenant at a monthly rent of 1.2 lakh, according to Zapkey. This only goes on to show that Malaika Arora is not just a glam diva but also a smart investor and knows how to make her investments make money for her.
Adding another layer to this real estate narrative, Malaika's boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor, had previously sold his apartment in the same area, at the 81 Aureate building, for a whopping 16 crore back in 2022. This spacious 4,364-sq-ft flat is situated on the 19th floor of the building on KC Marg. Malaika herself is no stranger to the Aureate building. She owns a flat there and had previously lodged a complaint with the real estate regulator MahaRERA against the developers for a delay in handing over the possession of the apartment she had booked for 14.5 crore. However, in November 2021, both parties informed MahaRERA that the issue had been resolved amicably, with the developer finally handing over the possession of the flat to Malaika.
