HC quashes `waging war' charge against Hardik

In a relief to Patidar quota stir leader Hardik Patel and his aides, on Tuesday , the Gujarat high court quashed the charge of `waging war against the state' faced by them.The charge, under Section 121 IPC includes provision for death penalty among other punishments.
