Tech upgrade for STF to trace cyber terror trail

Two incidents in the past two weeks--use of an app to make dummy calls by a group of criminals and unearthing of Pakistan spy agency ISI's module right in the heart of Kolkata that led to the arrests of five men--have forced the Kolkata Police to hunt for technology that can help them stay a step ahead.
