NU HODs refuse to pay fine for submitting exam forms late

The Nagpur University’s heads of departments (HODs) came calling on vice chancellor Siddarthvinayaka Kane on Tuesday evening with numerous grievances. Headed by former acting VC and current head of management department, Vinayak Deshpande, they told the VC they would not pay any fines imposed by NU on them for not submitting exam forms of students before the deadline, NU officials disclosed.
