Tamil Nadu government does not have power to release Rajiv Gandhi's killers, rules Supreme Court

The seven convicts in former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's assassination case will not be released as the Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that the Tamil Nadu government does not have the power to remit their sentences.
