[Ticker] Belgian royals in spa holiday during terrorist alert

The king and queen of Belgium spent 21 and 22 November, when Brussels was in lockdown over a terrorist plot, in a spa in France instead of coming home to show solidarity, French magazine Canard Echaine reports. Magazine says will publish image of king in bathrobe with cocktail Thursday.
