Italy seeks international meeting on Libya on Dec 13 in Rome - minister

ROME (Reuters) - Italy is seeking to host an international meeting in Rome on Dec. 13 to accelerate a political settlement between rival factions in Libya that would open the way to fight Islamic State militants there, the Foreign Minister said on Wednesday.
