NATO communique-Four points out of 14-point declaration adopted by NATO are about Georgia

On the second day of the NATO ministerial to Montenegro received Alliance membership official invitation Montenegro is the first country among the 4 aspirants to join the alliance. Alliance members confirm that Georgia will join the Alliance and the integral part of this process is Georgia"s Membership Action Plan. According to James Appathurai, for full membership Georgia needs to complete reforms, which has the full support of allies.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili,who also took part in NATO meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs commented on the adopted communique .

"The communiqué confirmed that Georgia has conducted very important reforms, both in terms of military interoperability, as well as democratic and political reforms," - he said.
