BCCI to felicitate Sehwag at Kotla, DDCA to stay away

The BCCI has sent an official mail to the DDCA on Wednesday intimating them about the decision to felicitate Virender Sehwag but Sehwag's home state association for 17 years has decided to stay away from the celebrations as of now.
