HC reserves its verdict on Adarsh

The Bombay high court on Wednesday reserved its judgment on two petitions regarding the fate of the controversial Adarsh building – one by Adarsh residents challenging the demolition order of the Union Ministry of Environment and Forest and the second by the Defence Ministry urging that the 31-storey tower should be razed. The step was taken by a division bench of Justice Ranjit More and Justice Rajesh Ketkar.
