Mau poll violence fallout: SEC suspends two cops on election duty

Condemning the superintendent of police of Mau for virtually having no effective control over the prevailing law and order situation, the State Election Commission on Wednesday with immediate effect suspended two police officials who were on poll duty, and has also ordered initiating of disciplinary proceedings against the two erring cops.
