Soldier from Primorye faces no charges for raping two girls
Eighteen-year-old Ruslana and an unnamed 16-year-old filed a complaint against 43-year-old mobilized soldier Stanislav Tsabiyev from the Kraskino settlement.
According to Ruslana, on May 1, as she returned from a gathering with friends, Tsabiyev forcibly pulled her into his car and raped her, resulting in a sexually transmitted disease. A few days earlier, the soldier had raped a 16-year-old girl. According to 'Siberia.Realii,' neither victim received a referral for a medical forensic examination from the police.
Yesterday, Ruslana's request to initiate a criminal case against Tsabiyev was denied, citing lack of evidence such as torn clothing or bruises, as reported by TV Rain.
During an interview with the channel, Tsabiyev claimed that the girls had falsely accused him for monetary gain. The Investigative Committee asserts that the soldier is stationed at his military unit, but locals frequently spot him in the settlement.
