Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most popular TV shows. The show has been in the news for some wrong reasons. The fourth generation story of the show began recently and there have been many issues already. Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe were cast as the leads. However, due to the unprofessional behaviour of Shehzada and Pratiksha, they were removed. Post that, Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani replaced them. The ouster of Shehzada and Pratiksha became a huge thing as reports of them dating started doing rounds and it was being said that they spent a lot of time in the makeup room delaying the shoots. Some reports stated that Shehzada mistreated the staff and wanted the director of the show changed.

A few of their costars also revealed that Shehzada had attitude problems and asked everyone to call him 'sir' on the sets. Later, Rajan Shahi confirmed that all the rumours about Shehzada are true and also revealed that he took too many retakes and was not good with work. Recently, Shehzada opened up about Rajan Shahi's allegations and said that it was untrue. He said he was disrespected on the sets and Rajan Shahi questioned his upbringing.

Shruti Ulfat reacts to Shehzada's comments on Rajan Shahi

Shehzada even said that Rajan Shahi made actors touch his feet whenever he enters the set. Earlier, Samridhii denied these claims made by Shehzada and said that she has not seen anything like this. Now, Shruti Ulfat aka Vidya Poddar spoke about these allegations.

She spoke to Telly Masala and said that she has not seen anyone touching his feets whenever he comes on the sets to meet them. She said that she doesn't know why Shehzada said that as this is not true. She was further asked if there is anyone who does it as a mark of respect towards Rajan Shahi.

She said that we are Indians and it is in our culture to touch the feet of elders and take blessings. She further shared that one doesn't become small if they touch someone's feet. However, she has not seen any such rule on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to touch Rajan Shahi's feet and even he does not think like this.
