[Ticker] Greece says 'European circles' creating bad will on Schengen

The Greek government said Wednesday "European circles" have been "promoting during the last days [a] hostile environment towards Greece by unacceptably threatening the country with exiting the Schengen treaty." An EU official told EUobserver the EU Commission will in mid-December file a "moment of truth" report on Greece's Schengen compliance.
