Amarinder habitual liar, says Parkash Singh Badal

Alleging that newly-appointed Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) chief Captain Amarinder Singh is in the habit of misleading people by making false claims, chief minister Parkash Singh Badal asked Punjabis to not get swayed by the malicious propaganda of the Amritsar MP.
