Chennai floods: Interiors cut off, rescue teams struggle

The armed forces and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) are undertaking a major rescue and relief operation in and around flood-hit Chennai, ranging from flying spy drones for aerial reconnaissance and damage assessment to deploying engineers, paramedics, naval divers and other rescue personnel on the ground.
