CCP polls may have triangular fight

Former minister and St Cruz MLA Atanasio ‘Babush’ Monserrate will float his panel to contest all thirty seats of corporation of the city of Panaji (CCP) on January 1, 2016. The CCP’s five year term ends in March and council elections are slated to be held on March 13, 2016.
