Locals threaten bandh over Vasco ‘renaming bid’
A group of citizens who organized a public meeting on Wednesday over the alleged renaming of the port town to ‘Sambhaji nagar’ in some renewed ration cards, have set a deadline of December 15 for authorities to rectify the error, failing which they would organize a bandh, they said.
