High alert for Red army's foundation week sounded

The Centre recently issued a letter to all the left-wing extremism (LWE)-affected states, including Bihar, sounding high alert in view of the foundation week of the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) from December 2 to December 8.
