Hendrie: Aston Villa will struggle to bounce back if relegated

Lee Hendrie fears Aston Villa will struggle to get back up if they're relegated.

Hendrie believes it could be difficult for the club to come back if they are relegated from the Premier League.

He told BBC 5 Live: "That's my fear. If they go down this year, next season they will find it really hard to come back up.

"I've watched them in Cup games like when Bradford have come here and Leyton Orient have come here.

"To be fair the Championship is a tough league at the moment.

"I just see teams coming to Aston Villa - great setup, great pitch - it'll be like a Cup final for them. I think that's where they'll find it so difficult."
