We Can Win The Premier League – Cooreman

Maurice Cooreman, the technical adviser of Ikorodu United FC, is optimistic that it is possible for his club to win the 2015/2016 edition of the Glo Premier League.

Ikorodu United were promoted to Nigeria’s elite division after a very outstanding performance by the team last season at their inaugural outing in the Nigeria National League.

According to Completesports, the tactician posited that his side can challenge very top and experienced teams in the league.

He said: “Ikorodu United are capable of winning the Premier League next season.”

The Belgian who had also coached Kaduna United posited that his players will go a long way in determining how far the team can go.

“With the right players and the support of the club’s family the team can take Nigerian elite league by storm,” he concluded.

Ikorodu united came fourth in the just concluded Nigeria National League super four held in Abuja.

It would be recalled that MFM fc and Ikorodu United gained promotion to the elite league for next season. This is will be first time since the inception of both clubs.
