The Indian two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, has joined forces with CSC Grameen eStores to conquer the Indian commercial vehicle market. This strategic partnership leverages CSC Grameen’s vast network, built by CSC eGov to bridge the digital divide in rural India.
CSC Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) will transform into local brand ambassadors for TVS Motor’s commercial vehicles, including the popular King Deluxe, King Duramax, King Duramax Plus, and King Kargo. This empowers VLEs while ensuring customers receive product information in their preferred language and local context. This fosters deeper customer understanding and builds a stronger brand connection for TVS Motor Company.
