Germany slaps down own spy agency for calling Saudi policy 'impulsive'

BERLIN (Reuters) - The German government rebuked its own foreign intelligence agency, the BND, on Thursday for suggesting that Saudi Arabia was becoming more "impulsive" in its foreign policy.
