House approves highway bill with provision to revive EXIM bank

WASHINGTON, Dec 3 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly on Thursday to pass a five-year transportation bill that would revive the charter of the U.S. Export-Import Bank and provide funding for America's roads, bridges and mass-transit systems.
