France, host of climate summit, expresses solidarity with people of flood-affected Tamil Nadu

A day after Chennai floods echoed on side-lines of the climate summit here, the French foreign affairs minister and President of the COP21 (21st conference of parties) Laurent Fabius on Thursday expressed solidarity with the flood affected people of Tamil Nadu.
