[Ticker] Greece complies on Schengen demands

Greece decided Thursday to activate the European civil protection mechanism to receive help in addressing the migrant crisis. It also agreed with Frontex that the EU border agency deploys experts to register migrants at the border with Macedonia. Both were EU demands, as Greece was threatened with a Schengen exit.
