[Ticker] Hungary files court case against EU quota plan

Hungary filed a legal challenge to the EU's plan to distribute 120,000 asylum seekers among member states under a quota system, prime minister Orban Viktor said Thursday, a day after Slovakia filed a similar case at the European Court of Justice. Hungary also launched an advertisement campaign against the plan.
