Don’t visit us during X’Mas, NY: Mizoram to non-state VIPs

“As in the past, this year too Mizoram will be celebrating Christmas and New Year festivals…therefore all VIPs/dignitaries/officials are requested to defer their programme to visit Mizoram during the period from December 14, 2015, to January 8, 2016, to avoid any inconvenience as government will not be able to provide them state hospitality,” states the letter.
