‘Accessible India mission good, but needs more focus’

The Accessible India Campaign (Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan), a nationwide flagship campaign for achieving universal accessibility for the disabled and to create an enabling and barrier free environment has been welcomed widely by the disability sector as a beginning, while also being criticised for being too cosmetic in its approach.
