Justice T S Thakur takes charge as 43rd Chief Justice of India

Justice Tirath Singh Thakur on Thursday took charge as the head of Indian judiciary after being sworn as the 43rd Chief Justice of India by President Pranab Mukherjee. He will remain at the helm for 13 months till he retires on January 4, 2017.
