New circular clears the air on varsity exam fees

A circular announcing exam fees exemption for all students from drought-hit villages studying in various colleges in Pune division (Pune, Nashik and Ahmednagar) will be sent to affiliated universities on Thursday, officials from the joint director of higher education, Pune division, said.
