Builder ordered to pay 5,000 each to eleven flat owners
The Pune district consumer disputes redressal forum has directed a construction firm in Nana Peth to pay a fine of Rs 5,000 each to 11 flat purchasers for failure to fulfill commitments relating to a residential-cum-commercial complex developed by the firm.
