Role: Lead Developer
Exato Game Studios is looking for a motivated, experienced, and highly talented Unreal Engine 4 developer for our next big game project.
Job Description:
Work with fellow programmers, as well as the rest of the team, as a general programmer and manager for our next title.
Program in C++ and Unreal Blueprints to develop features for the game.
Dive into the UE4 source to make necessary architectural changes and understanding how that will affect future versions of the engine.
Use source control to protect the code and bug reporting software to manage issues that need to be fixed. Must also know how to properly prioritize bugs.
This is a general programmer role, so tasks will involve things ranging from, but not limited to: Simple and complex AI, UI, cinematics, optimization, engine functionality, particle effects integration, sound integration, and general gameplay mechanics.

Location: Kenmore, WA (With a move to Seattle, WA planned).
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 years experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 4+ years experience with Unreal Engine 3.
Must have launched at least one non-school related game on a major platform.4+ years with C++.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Management experience preferred.
Work experience creating an RTS game preferred.
Networking experience preferred.
Must be able to work on site. No remote applicants.
Company Info: Exato Game Studios is an indie studio that revolves around making big, exciting games as a small company. Our first title, Guncraft, was released, successfully, on Steam and Xbox 360, with other platforms in the works. Our second title, Death Tractor, was a fun pet project, also on Steam, to gear up for our second major title. This game will turn many heads and we're looking for people just as excited as we are to work on it.
