Univision will not go public in 2015 as planned: WSJ
Univision has decided to postpone its initial public offering until at least next year, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday evening. The Spanish-language media giant had planned to go public in 2015, in part to alleviate a heavy debt load stemming from its $13.7 billion acquisition by private equity firms and media mogul Haim Saban in 2007. A source who spoke to the Journal said the offering could still happen early next year.
