'Govt has no count of disabled in Karnataka, many get no benefit'

Karnataka on Thursday observed World Disability Day even as the authorities and NGOs are still uncertain about the number of persons with disability in the state. Over 30% of differently abled persons do not even have a medical certificate to ascertain their disability, leaving them out of the radar of many government schemes.
