Some relief for flood-hit Chennai as rain stops, water level in rivers decline

For flood-battered people of Chennai, there is some relief as water levels in Adyar and Kumbh rivers registered a sharp decline late on Thursday night. More teams of National Disaster Response Force have joined the relief and rescue operations in the city, which is battling unprecedented floods.
