Manchester United Contact Ancelotti To Take Over From Louis Van Gaal
Carlo Ancelotti could replace Louis Van Gaal as Manchester United manager if negotiations with the Italian are successful, 90min.com reports.
Louis Van Gaal’s contract with United ends in the summer of 2017 and the manager has repeatedly claimed he will retire from football management when that time comes.
In a bid not to be short-handed, United have making contact with top managers in the game 90.com, via Tancredi Palmeri on whoscored.com reports.

According to Palmeri’s article ‘the moment is not favourable for United’ as the market is shorn of top class managers.
United have contacted Ancelotti in a bid to scupper any move to Bayern Munich who in turn fear Pep Guardiola could join Manchester City in the summer.
Palmeri’s piece suggested United could force Van Gaal to retire a a season early if Ancelotti agrees to take over.

United are determined to recruit Ancelotti who is a proven winner and sure guarantee of trophies after going two seasons without silverware.
In a related development, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has reacted to reports linking him with Manchester United.
The rumours say that Manchester United management admires Allegri’s style, although Juventus are reluctant to let their manager, who guided the club to the domestic double and the Champions League final, leave at the end of the campaign.
