Iran`s potential needs to be used to promote issue of Armenians`  return to Nagorno-Karabakh

The expert drew attention to the recent statement by the Iranian Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia Mehdi Sobhani, who stated that the rights of the Armenian residents of Nagorno-Karabakh must be respected. "This issue is like a wound, and this wound needs to be healed," the Iranian diplomat said in an interview with Radio Liberty's Armenian service.

Thus, as Voskanyan noted, the ambassador is actually guided by the instructions of the spiritual leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei from 2020, who during the 44-day war made an important statement according to which the security of the Armenians of Artsakh must be ensured, which, unfortunately, has not received much attention in Armenia.
