[Ticker] Spanish socialist candidate says Rajoy 'manipulated' opinion poll

Pedro Sanchez, leader of Spain's centre-left Socialist party, Thursday accused the government, led by centre-right PM Rajoy, of "manipulating" an opinion poll, just over two weeks before general elections. The poll predicted 120-128 seats will go to Rajoy's party and 77-89 to Sanchez's party. Both lose seats to two newcomers.
