[Ticker] Russian, Turkish ministers meet after jet incident

Russian foreign minister Lavrov and Turkish counterpart Cavusoglu met face-to-face for the first time since Turkey downed a Russian jet. Lavrov said he "heard nothing new," while Cavusoglu noted it would be "unrealistic" to solve the diplomatic spat in one meeting. Turkish PM Davutoglu meanwhile accused Russia of "Soviet-style propaganda."
