US foreign minister Kerry said Thursday during a visit to Cyprus, divided into Greek and Turkish parts in 1974, "a resolution to the long-standing division ... is within reach." Kerry added: "In recent months, it has become clear that the ground really is shifting and tangible progress is being made."
