Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Leaked Ahead of July 17 Launch

The highly anticipated Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has made an early appearance at a service center, ahead of its official launch on July 17, 2024. The leaked images reveal a bold new direction for the brand.

The leaked image reveals a new color scheme for the Guerrilla 450. Clad in a striking yellow and black dual-tone, the bike features a blacked-out name and a contrasting purple Royal Enfield logo. This unexpected color combination marks a departure from Royal Enfield’s traditional palette and signals a more adventurous design direction for the brand. Further hints of this bold aesthetic can be seen in the purple accents on the rims, matching the tank logo. The leaked image also suggests that service center staff are undergoing training to familiarize themselves with the new motorcycle.

While the Guerrilla 450 shares some design cues with the Hunter 450, including the round headlight, telescopic front forks with gaiters, and a similar fuel tank shape, it adopts a distinct rear section of the Himalayan 450. This amalgamation of design elements results in a unique and aggressive stance.

Underpinning the Guerrilla 450 is the same Himalayan 450 platform, including the 452cc single-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike is expected to come in at least two variants, with the top-spec model likely featuring a color TFT display similar to the Himalayan 450.

With an estimated price tag of Rs 2.20 to 2.30 lakh (ex-showroom), the Guerrilla 450 is poised to compete with rivals like the Triumph Speed 400, Harley-Davidson X440, Hero Mavrick 440, and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401.
