For third time, court rejects clean chit to Tytler

In a major embarrassment to the CBI and a setback to Jagdish Tytler, a trial court on Friday rejected, for the third time, CBI's closure of a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, giving a clean chit to the Congress leader.
